Changing your lifestyle for the better in 2021? We talk with Abbi Oettel of Chibo, an interactive cooking platform from GE Appliances that features social influencers as hosts. Abbi shares how social influencers can monetize their content using the platform and how the platform allows fans to closely connect with their favorite foodies like Joanne Molinero of TikTok Korean Vegan fame. The platform has seen real success with niche audiences like plant-based cooking.

Influencer Power

Buying local has been a movement for years, but now that the pandemic shutdown has affected so many small businesses, people are even more motivated to support. By building strong relationships with local influencers year-round, you can lean on them to rally customers during tough times. We helped State 38 Distilling in Golden, Colorado, get the word out about curbside orders and their release of new whiskey by tapping into local bourbon and events influencers like @MileHighWhiskeyGuy and @YelpColorado.

If you want to start building relationships with local influencers, be sure to reach out. Our new Influencer and PR division, IPG, can make it happen.
